My passion is kids and music.
These two things have become my passion because I have an equal love for both. Whenever someone asks me what I want to be when I grow up, I say that I want to be a pediatric doctor.
Syracuse University Summer College will help me develop my passion because they will help me to explore my interests. When it comes to science, they have a program that will help me prepare for my future in the medical field. Even though becoming a doctor doesn't require having business skills, the profession does require being able to communicate with people. Syracuse has programs that will help me be more open in talking to patients and navigating the medical world.

The experience at Syracuse was amazing! I enjoyed meeting all the wonderful people at Syracuse and being able to experience what college is like. Going to Syracuse helped me to think about the type of college I want to go to. The campus was beautiful and the people were incredibly nice. There were college prep programs every Wednesday, and I was able to learn many things. Also, there were a lot of activities for kids to come together and bond, including basketball games, soccer games, movies on the quad, trips to many places like the Niagara Falls, and about 3 college trips. Doing the Animation and Game Design made me realize that I'm more into animation than game design. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to go to this program. I was even able to make a really good friend who lives all the way in Chicago and we bonded really well. There are many kids who would love to have the opportunity to do what I did this summer, but I for one was able to experience college first hand and I am really grateful for the experience.
I am really excited to attend the Animation and Game Design program at Syracuse University this summer! I really fell in love with coding over the last two years, and I am willing to take a step further into the computer science world and explore the many opportunities that are available to me. When I grow up, even though I want to be a doctor, I want to be able to have a Plan B; I want to also be able to excel in everything that I love! I love things that cause me to think and allow my brain to go to places it has never imagined. With Animation and Game Design, I will be able to focus my imagination on something productive that can potentially benefit my future.
