My passion is that arts.
I discovered this passion when I was about four. My grandmother taught me how to sing opera when I was about that age. After that I started to develop my voice on my own. This is a passion that I'll never let go because it could help me achieve other dreams like being on broadway. Im 14 now, and my passion for photography has become as important in my life because it helps me express who I am, and I know no one can EVER take that away from me.
Attending Ithaca could possibly help me expand my options and help me strengthen my passion for photography and add on to my skills in it.
Since meeting Jazzmyne in August of 2015, there have been multiple occasions in which she has shared with me her passion for singing, performing, and the arts. She has frequently mentioned outlets that she finds to pursue this passion (with friends and family, within her community, etc.) and yearns to continue honing her craft as a life-long career. In the time that I have known Jazzmyne, she has proven herself to be bright, energetic, articulate, and hard-working. Given these qualities, and Jazzmyne's own commitment to pursuing an education in the arts, I believe that this program is the perfect fit.
Thank you all so much for helping me stay productive over my summer! My stay at Ithaca College for my photography course has changed my perception on how pictures should be taken. It has taught me how to make photos more interesting and non-cliche, and I am SO happy that I was given the opportunity to experience that through the help of you guys. Again, thank you so much for everything because without you I wouldn't be able to have a life-changing experience for me that has made me open my eyes to other things I can do in my life.
