After spending a week at camp I heard from a couple of inspirational speakers that motivated me to take the sport a lot more seriously. I realized how much I want to improve myself and they told us to treat every practice and meet the same. I did not do this last season and I will be taking the camp's coaches and speakers advice in order to improve myself and have a better outcome for the upcoming season. I also met other runners who were really experienced and I was inspired by their capabilities. Although there was not a lot of diversity I still felt like I belonged and I hope you all will continue to support students like me, so they can have the opportunity to be part of something they love. Thank you all again for this amazing opportunity.

I am really excited to have the opportunity to be part of the camp. Without your contribution I would not have been able to reach the goal. Thank you so much for helping me accomplish one of my goals and I know this will be an amazing experience for me. I decided to attend US Sports Nike Cross Country Camps because I hope to learn new skills and make it to the state championships with more experience and resistance. I will definitely take full advantage of this opportunity in order to become a stronger athlete. I would love to share my experiences with others and motivate my teammates and other students to push themselves. Also I want to thank Ms. Kim for supporting me through this journey.
