My passion is game design.
When I was young I remember being really into Sonic games, I can still remember the game that developed my passion. It was Sonic Riders. I loved looking at the character concept art in the game manual, the different levels and everything involved with making the game. I would always try to draw Sonic and Knuckles and invent my own levels. That's when I realized this is my passion. I find it crazy how even though this was years ago, I can still remember how it looked and how to draw it. That was the gateway and here I am today. Its been a passion that has stuck with me.
Matt would be a great candidate for more professional training as he demonstrates both the aptitude and the desire for game design. I think exposure to a more competitive artistic community will inspire him to go the distance with his passion. Matt really demonstrates the qualities necessary to survive game design school and I think it would greatly benefit his artistic visions and his approach.
