I had a wonderful time on my program in Greece and Italy. One of my best memories was when we were able to have lunch with a Greek family. I believe that you have not really visit a place until you can see the lives of the citizens. I was really excited about meeting them. The journey there was long and hilly, but just getting to learn about the family's cultures and lifestyles was worth it. I learned that the school system is very similar to our own; however, high school is not free, and is specialized to the student’s career choice. There are not as many colleges and universities, like we have, but they have quite a few.  I still cannot believe that I was able to go to Europe and have this experience. It was an experience of a lifetime and if it was not for Wishbone and the donors I do not think I will be able to have these memories.
