My passion is fashion design.
I have always enjoyed fashion as a child. I would dress my dolls up, play fashion games, and play dress up with my sister. As I got older I started sketching patterns and putting outfits together, reading fashion magazines, and going on fashion websites. I love to mix and match, feel different types of material, and put different patterns together. I think fashion is fun and outgoing and that is why fashion is my passion.
Attending the FIT High School Summer Live will help me explore my passion because I will be able to focus more on my dream to become a fashion designer. It'll also help me to understand and have more experience of what it is like in the fashion industry. I want to be the new Michael Kors, if not better. This program will help guide me in the right direction on my way of becoming a fashion designer.

I came across new people who I have now developed new friendships with, and developed new skills that I will be able to take with me and apply to my everyday life.
