A Note from Mr. Leung, Carmen's Teacher

Carmen is very motivated to succeed. She cares deeply about her performance in class. Carmen is proactive in making sure she earns a grade that she is proud of. She has the maturity to come speak to the teacher if something doesn't work, and she's also able to follow through on her promises when she needed to do something. Carmen is resourceful with her time. When she is done with her work in class, I will sometimes notice that she uses the down time to do her own reading. I can tell that she actively explores her interests with whatever time she has. Attending a program such as Education Unlimited Mock Trial will help Carmen further her social and personal development.
