My passion is volleyball.
I decided to start playing in my school from 4th-8th grade. It was always a good time playing with my friends. We hadn't always been the best, but when we got a new coach in 8th grade, she really pushed us to try our best the way a coach is supposed to. We did strength training such as squats and wall sits which was really effective because that's the main position in volleyball. This helped us to achieve things we hadn't achieved before.
Nike Volleyball Camp will help me explore my passion because volleyball is something I want to get involved with in high school, but I want to work with other people first before I play with people in my school. This would help me to deepen the passion I still have for volleyball and learn so much more about it.
"Andrea would benefit from participating in the Nike Volleyball Camp because it would allow her to participate in a team and family orientated environment. Andrea is a natural leader in a team environment and participating in the Nike Volleyball Camp would allow her to further develop her leadership skills. Furthermore, participating in the camp would provide her with the opportunity to step out of her comfort zone. She would have the opportunity to expand her skills and meet new people."
I am going to be participating in a volleyball camp in the summer. I am really excited about joining this program because it will give me the opportunity to learn more about volleyball. I think this program will help me to learn different techniques in volleyball and push me to get the most out of the program.
I am looking forward to playing with people my age and growing stronger together. I chose this program because I've enjoyed playing volleyball since elementary school and have been wanting to join my school's volleyball team. I believe this program will be an unforgettable experience and help me gain my interest back and stick to it throughout high school.
