My passion is photography. I just recently discovered my passion for photography approximately a year ago. My brother had brought his camera back home, and I decided to try taking a few pictures. Before I knew it, a few pictures turned into a few hours and I realized that I was hooked. Ever since then, anytime my brother came back home with his camera, I would take it and end up taking hours worth of pictures around my backyard. When I started realizing how much I actually loved taking pictures, I realized that it was an intense passion that I had and that I wanted to try to pursue it in the future. I know that my passion and love for taking pictures will motivate me to work harder than anyone else.
Attending Education Unlimited Video Production Camp would help me pursue my passion for photography because I could expand my knowledge of photography.
Winnie is an excellent candidate for Education Unlimited Video Production Camp because of her unwavering drive for anything she sets her mind to. She is one of my few students who asks "why" and/or "how." Those types of questions set Winnie apart because she not only participates in a given topic or assignment but genuinely sees the value in education and yearns to know more. The camp will provide Winnie with a space to grow in a field she is very passionate about, and explore alternative perspectives/techniques when it comes to video. Winnie will benefit from the camp because she will be exposed to resources that she might not otherwise.
I'm honestly so sad that the program ended. Staying there for one week was too short. I ended up getting so close to my group mates and had so many wonderful memories with them that when it came time to leave I almost cried. There where so many times I cracked jokes with them and they cracked jokes with me, but I didn't only get close to my group mates but also the staff members too. I ended up really enjoying their company and they not only let me have a fun time but also where there for when I needed help. Every time I miss any of my members, I always look at our videos we filmed because it always brings a smile to my face and reminds me of the good times we had. I can't wait to go back next year!
Hi everybody!
I'm so nervous for tomorrow's camp! It's going to be the first time I'm going to stay with people I just met on the same day so I'm having lots of mixed feelings about it. I'm super anxious about finding out who my roommate is going to be. I hope we can become good friends quickly! I'm also having a hard time packing because I always forget to pack something when I travel, so hopefully I won't forget anything too important!
