Kimberly's Story

I discovered my love for soccer at a very young age, it was kind of like love at first sight. My parents always told me that as a little kid I would always love watching soccer and loved kicking balls around. As I grew up, I started to admire a soccer player named Ronaldinho. I would watch him play and think to myself, I want to be just like him. My first soccer practice is a day I will never forget. That instant positive energy that filled my body is inexplicable. Soccer has been a big part of my life since then. Similar to others, soccer has become sort of an escape from the real world. Soccer has helped me build communication, teamwork, discipline, and perseverance skills. The passion that I have for this beautiful sport keeps me going.

Attending US Sports Nike Soccer Camps will help me pursue my passion for Soccer in many ways. It would help me improve my skills as a forward. This camp will push me physically and mentally and help me become a more experienced soccer player. It will also help me improve my leadership skills as a captain. I will take the experiences from this camp and bring them to my season. I will push my teammates just as a hard as I was pushed during the camp. By attending this camp my passion for soccer will grow even more because the US Sports Nike Soccer Camp will help me become a better person and player on and off the field.
