The idea of becoming a doctor in anything, let alone human physiology, has bewildered me for a long time. Now with this extraordinary opportunity it seems like all of my dreams are finally coming true. I am most excited about not only learning about human physiology, but also discovering new ways in which to help thousands of people. I will most likely be one of the only Americans attending the program in Toronto, so my goal is to set an image not only for America but for teenagers as well. I am most nervous about my skill level compared to those who will be attending the program. I know that the program does not require any skill level, but I am still sure that there will be others more experienced than me, and I do not want to be the person slowing the class down. That being said, I will not waste the opportunity that everyone has given me, and I will study harder than everybody to not only catch up with the material but to hopefully have a firm grasp on it.
