My passion is volleyball. I never thought of myself as athletic until I started playing volleyball. Although I've only been playing for a year, I quickly learned that I am athletic. I also realized how much I love the way it feels to spike a ball over the net. Volleyball has taught me the importance of being a team player and giving the best of yourself. The sport has helped me increase my confidence both as an athlete and a student.
US Sports Nike Volleyball Camp will give me the opportunity to increase my skills and learn new skills from experienced coaches all while having fun. What I've learned from volleyball is that trying new things and pushing myself makes me a better person. I've never been away from home before and I think US Sports Nike Volleyball Camp will be an amazing opportunity to discover my independence and meet new people. The camp offers me the chance to not only become a better volleyball player, but a better and more mature person.
Destinee, like most students, has not had the opportunity to live away from home. US Sports Nike Volleyball Camp will afford her not only the opportunity to improve her volleyball skills, but also increase her self-confidence and expose her to peers from different backgrounds. Destinee is an extremely focused young woman, and US Sports Nike Volleyball camp would be an excellent way for her to mature, increase her confidence, and prepare for college.
I am so excited to attend Nike Volleyball Camp. I can't wait to hone my skills and learn new skills so next year I rock at my school tryouts!
