Cleyon's Story

My passion is basketball.

I discovered my passion for basketball when I was 6 years old when my father and I used to shoot around at the park. He taught me the rules and how to shoot and dribble. Every year I would try out for the school basketball team, but I would not make it. I kept practicing. Then in seventh grade, I finally was good enough to make the team. That is when I found my passion for basketball because at the end of the day it is not about being fancy, it is about communication and competition. I want to go to the NBA when I get older and pursue my dreams of becoming a basketball player.
