Jessica's Story

My passion is engineering.

As we know, the world is developing around us and technology is evolving throughout the time period of life. Technology is what structures society today. I began to realize that I wanted to be a part of this revolution so I did my research and came across to the term, "engineering." I always was fond of knowing how things worked, aesthetics, inside the mechanism, the brain, the cortex, the why and how behind it all. Since then, I incorporated my mindset into one goal. I want to contribute to this field or even a mark in history and be known as a engineer.

Attending to iD tech Camps New York will help me pursue my passion for engineering because I wish to take in the branch of the field of robotics but for that I have to improve and master my skills when it comes to programming and coding. After reading the overview, its an environment where I can work with other peers on widely used and known software programs, which will help me get a project-based learning experience as a programmer. In addition, this is will help boost my mentality to think and acknowledge the key points so I can use them in the future.
