My passion is medicine. I made it my mission, from a young age, to help discover more cures for diseases because I wanted to save those that suffer. I want to have the opportunity to go to Brown University Summer@Brown because this program offers challenging and rigorous courses based on my medical interests, specifically Human Anatomy and Physiology. Summer@Brown will encourage my passion for medicine. This program is able to surround me and other students who enjoy the same passions, which will fully immerse me in my future ambitions. This program introduces me to people of different backgrounds which will even more improve my experience. This program will fully immerse me in the field of medicine.
Hawa is an excellent candidate for Brown University Summer program. Her constant quest for knowledge is what fields her. Hawa is constantly pushing herself and her knowledge of material to the next level. By Hawa wanting to go into this program at such a young age, it proves that she is really serious about becoming a doctor and that she knows what she needs to do to get there. As Hawa's Biology, I see her passion for science and medicine first hand. She consistently exemplifies a student that is dedicated to learning and self-betterment. Her empathy is one of her biggest strong suits. She regularly supports students around her by aiding them in correcting their answers or re-teaching them material they didn't understand. She is definitely a student that I look forward to teaching in class.
