My passion is music.
I loved music ever since I was little. I'm always listening to music. I write song lyrics of my own and I make beats on my laptop. My daily life revolves around music. I play music to help me write. I play different songs or different artist depending on my mood.
Attending YPI Summer Arts Camp would benefit me because I would be able to learn to produce music officially from a professional. Even though I create my own beats already, I feel this would be a great opportunity for me. I can learn how to work the professional equipment instead of just working with my laptop. This program gives me the opportunity of discovering whether or not I actually want to be a music producer when I grow up.
"By being a choral student at The Cooperative Arts and Humanities Magnet High School, Kiara has been introduced to a world of music that has sparked an interest that she wishes to further explore. She has developed a desire to continue this interest past high school. As a third year high school student, Kiara has an impressing academic record and a very respectful demeanor.
I would love to see her continue towards her goal and with the help of YPI Summer Arts Camp, I am sure she will blossom. I believe that any financial resources invested in Kiara would be taken advantage of completely."
