Jamilet's Story

Jamilet grew up listening to the music of Carlos Santana, and the music always reminds her of her family and her home. Listening to Carlos Santana play is like hearing magic, to her, and she wants one day to have the ability to produce her own magic, too.

Jamilet wants to apply to Wishbone for funds to take classes at the Redondo School of Music in Los Angeles, a music and dance studio consistently voted “Best in the South Bay”. With Wishbone’s funding, Jamilet will be able to pursue music to an extent beyond which she can study in school.
