My passion is law.
The global events that continue to unfold, as well as the injustices I see in my own community, have driven me to seek a degree in law. I like the idea of being able to help my community and protect them when they are unable to fend and protect themselves. Having the necessary skills, confidence, and presence within the legal system are important in order to create change.
Attending Education Unlimited Public Speaking will help me pursue my passion as I practice one of the crucial parts of being a lawyer. They will help me strengthen my public speaking, and we will have interactive lessons from professionals who can coach and mentor me. A program like this isn’t offered regularly in my community, and participating will provide me with experience I need, and prepare me for a strong college and career.
Rosa is a good match for this program because she has the stamina and determination to fully dedicate herself to the program. She faces new challenges with optimism and enthusiasm. I believe she will benefit by finding and utilizing her voice as a leader, and will return more vocal and confident in her beliefs. After this experience, I hope Rosa will embrace more leadership opportunities in her school community and rising as the leader I know her to be.
I had a fantastic time at my program. Education Unlimited really made me feel welcomed. I learned a lot in just a week. My public speaking skills got a lot better and my debate skills did too. My two teachers there were incredible and they taught me many life lessons. The whole week I spent there was just outstanding. If I had the chance to do it again I would. I want to thank you again for donating and for giving me the opportunity to attend this program.
I just wanted to say thank you to all my donors for helping me make this program a reality. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be able to attend such an awesome program. Thank you again and I hope to take everything I learned and build on to it, making my future path that much clearer.
